Who is responsible?

What data do we process, and why?

• Visiting the website. Our web host (Combell) records technical data such as your IP address, the time, the requested page and your browser type in server logs. This is needed to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest).
• Statistics (Google Analytics). Only if you give consent in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to measure how many people visit the site and which pages they view. Without consent, nothing is sent to Google. Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor; data may also be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Reservations and gift vouchers (Guestplan). For online reservations and buying a gift voucher we use the Guestplan service. We use the details you enter there (such as name, contact details, date and party size, or order details) to carry out your reservation or order. Guestplan processes this data on our behalf. For payments and fraud prevention, Guestplan may use Stripe.
• Group request (form). What you enter (name, contact details, date, number of guests, any allergies or dietary requirements and remarks) is sent to us by email and only used to answer your request and prepare your group booking. Allergies or dietary requirements you provide are only used to adapt your meal. The details are not stored on the website itself. To protect against abuse, we keep a hashed, non-identifiable marker of your IP address for at most one hour to limit the number of requests.
• Contact. If you email or call us, we only use your details to answer your question.

Cookies and local storage

Our own website does not set cookies. This is what is used:

• Your cookie choice. We remember it in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie) for 180 days, after which we ask again. This is strictly necessary to respect your choice.
• Google Analytics (only after consent): the cookies _ga and _ga_G-0Q4155J70M, kept for up to two years.
• Reservation widget (Guestplan): this loads on our pages and may set cookies from Stripe (__stripe_mid, up to one year, and __stripe_sid, 30 minutes), intended for security and fraud prevention.

You can change or withdraw your choice for statistics at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Who do we share data with?

Only with service providers we need to run the site and our services: Combell (hosting), Google (statistics, only with consent) and Guestplan (reservations and gift vouchers, including their payment partner). We do not sell your data.

How long do we keep data?

No longer than necessary for the purpose we collected it for. Server logs and statistics are kept for a limited time by Combell and Google according to their own settings; reservation and order data is kept as long as needed to carry them out and to meet our legal (including accounting) obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email us at info@indezwaan.eu. Not happy with how we handle your data?
