Who are we?

These terms apply to reservations and the sale of gift vouchers through this website, between LOJO BV, trading as “In de Zwaan” (company number BE 0739.666.669), Poperingestraat 6, 8954 Westouter, Belgium, info@indezwaan.eu, +32 57 37 75 08 (“we”), and you as our customer (“you”).

Reservations

• Reserving is free. Nothing is paid or guaranteed when you reserve; you pay for your order on the spot.
• Can’t make it after all, or is the party size changing? Please let us know in good time by phone or email so we can give your table to someone else. No cancellation fee is charged.
• Please mention special requirements (allergies, high chair, dog, …) when you reserve.

Gift vouchers

• Price and payment. The price is the amount of the voucher, including VAT. You pay online through our ordering module (Guestplan) and its payment partner.
• Validity. A gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After that period, the voucher expires.
• Use. The voucher can be used in our restaurant and is not refundable in cash.
• Delivery. The voucher is delivered as indicated during your order.
• Right of withdrawal. As a consumer you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, as long as the voucher has not been (partly) used. Email us at info@indezwaan.eu to do so. We refund the amount within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method.

Menu and prices

The menu, prices and availability on this website may change. All prices are in euro and include VAT. If there is a difference, the menu in the restaurant prevails.

Complaints

Not satisfied? Let us know at info@indezwaan.eu and we will look for a solution together. If we cannot resolve it, as a consumer you can turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service: www.consumentenombudsdienst.be (www.mediationconsommateur.be).

Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions that protect you as a consumer.
